From Taylor’s pen to mine…

The imagery in Taylor Swift’s lyrics is one of the things that sets her apart from so many other songwriters; it’s impossible to listen to The Lakes and not see the wisteria creeping across a crumbling stone wall, or imagine her heart breaking as she watches a lost love walking through the door of The Black Dog.

My digital linocut prints are visual interpretations of some of her most poignant lines. I like to think of them as easter eggs — they stand on their own as pieces of art, but real Swifties will know. 🫶
